The Sierra Club Ventura Network Proudly Presents Ocean Defenders Alliance

ODA is a non-profit orgnization funded by donations big and small from individuals and companies who are concerned about marine debris and want to be part of the solution.

Their activism of cleaning our coastal waters & shorelines is done by a myriad of volunteers of all ages from all walks of life.  They are technical divers & those who can't even swim coming together removing harmful man-made pollution in our oceans!  ODA's all-volunteer boat and dive crews remove abandoned fishing nets, traps, lines, plastic, and other man-made debris threatening ocean wildlife and habitats.
